A glimpse into the life of...

Stephanie was born in Thüringen, Germany. Movement and sports have been a part of her life since her childhood. Today she lives in Lucerne. For over 16 years Stephanie has been teaching different sorts of group fitness - always highly motivated and with a smile. She specialises in Pilates, Fascia and functional Training and loves to enthuse people when it comes to health, fitness and sports.
