A glimpse into the life of...

Nicole was gripped by the Pilates fever after just a few lessons. Today she teaches Pilates in different studios and works as a consultant and administrator in a fitness centre. The unique access gained to a new body consciousness and altered body feeling through Contemporary Pilates still fascinates Nicole today and therefore she takes pleasure in passing this fascination on to others.
