A glimpse into the life of...

A long time ago whilst travelling, Grainne, working as a Business Administrator at the time, realised that she wanted a change of career and some years later successfully completed her studies in Movement Teaching. She gathered experience in different institutions such as a rehabilitation clinic and osteopathic centre. Today Grainne is a devoted mother of two, loves horseback riding and teaches various Pilates classes.
