A glimpse into the life of...

Antonia lives with her husband, daughter, dog and some wayward cats in Bern, where she also runs her Pilates studio. For many years, the trained draftsman used her technical and organizational talents as a construction manager and simultaneously taught Aerobics, Pilates and Slings Myofascial training® in her free time thereby indulging the creative and health-oriented part of her. When she started working for art of motion® in 2010 she wanted to teach very little. That was a long time ago – nowadays she’s teaching loads.
