Wholeness is the path of integrity and a gateway to radiant vitality, inner ease, and fulfilment. It is a worthwhile journey that requires curiosity, resourcefulness, courage, and good portion of humour.

Emerging Core Self

This course offers you practical tools to enhance your personal journey towards wholeness, as well as your professional role as a bodyminded movement teacher or therapist. The unique content unfolds like a story with eight chapters:

  • Practicing Integrity
  • (Di)Stress, Healing & Agency
  • The Core Self
  • The Feeling of Knowing
  • Being & Observing
  • Movement is Life
  • Meta-Awareness & Inner Ease
  • A Sense of Wonder

Each ‘chapter’ comprises:

  • Science-informed, practice-oriented lectures that will give you the theoretical ‘why’ behind the practical components
  • Interwoven movement and mindfulness practices that foster embodiment of the theory

While the lectures are designed to deepen your professional knowledge on how to assist your clients in the movement toward wholeness, the practices are intended to further your own process. It is the practice of the practices and awareness of your present-moment experiences that resource you and give meaning to the theory. Here are the four core practices we are going to engage in:

  • Mental Core Training
  • Awe Walk
