Sandra is from Bern, where she lives with her life partner and teaches. As a former competitive athlete, movement has been a part of her life from an early age. Even today, she spends most of her free time doing sports and leading an active lifestyle. This may be on the mat, outdoors, with her large social circle or while travelling. Sandra loves sharing her passion for movement with others through her work in pedagogy.
