A glimpse into the life of...

Doris has been offering yoga teacher trainings as well as other professional movement trainings in Hong Kong and throughout Asia since 2014. She has travelled and studied a lot and thus came across Sling Myofascial Training. The professional, science-informed course content and the decidedly fascia-focused movement have clarified many questions (even doubts), broadened her movement horizon and further professionalised her teaching. Doris loves to share her in-depth knowledge and movement experience with her students to enhance their professional growth.
