Exclusive Workshops with Tom Myers & Karin Gurtner - in Castle de Bossey near Lake Geneva

A look behind the curtain, discussing and experiencing Anatomy Trains in Motion and the anti-fragility of fascia with Thomas W. Myers and Karin Gurtner – exciting, right? All of it in Castle de Bossey near beautiful Lake Geneva – better still. Eat and drink, laugh and talk with the developer and founder of Anatomy Trains and the developer of Anatomy Trains in Motion and Slings Myofascial Training – priceless!

Combine an exclusive education opportunity with a holiday feeling in May 2018, and dedicate two, three or five days to the Anatomy Trains concept, fascia in motion and “la belle vie”. The retreat style workshops allow you to immerse yourself fully in the topics and exchange thoughts with Tom, Karin and other like-minded movement professionals and therapists. 9 - 10 Mai 2018
Anatomy Trains in Motion - A Look Behind the Curtain

Every movement is a movement of the whole body. Yet humans are very good at very specific, controlled motions as well. In this course, we review the development of the Anatomy Trains map and the Anatomy Trains in Motion application, and then apply the map to your specific movement patterns - what is moving and what is not moving? Why does lack of movement here create pain there?

11 - 13 Mai 2018
Anti-Fragile Fascia - Resilience, Repair, and Body Learning

Your fascial fabric repairs more strongly than before it is torn, and your whole psyche and soma work the same way. After a lifetime of studying fascia and human movement healing, Tom Myers brings all his practice and teaching experience to bear on body consciousness, skill acquisition, and performance refinement.
