Every foundation and continuous education module includes a theoretical and a practical component. The weighting varies depending on the topic of a given module. For example, an anatomy course is mostly theoretical, whereas other courses, such as Pilates & Props, are mainly practical.

In the theoretical parts you will be taught course-specific fundamentals of anatomy, training techniques and objectives – always in reference to the practical parts.

The content of the practical part is determined by the topic. When it comes to exercises and their performance, their purpose, benefits, and sequencing for functional training, the focus can be on analysing posture and movement, as well as training strategies and exercises for specific target groups.

You are required to attend at least 80% of the classes, to complete your course and receive a certificate of attendance.

Whether theory or practise: Your active participation in the course is desirable.
