Anatomy Trains in Motion and Selected Slings in Motion Repertoire

Anatomy Trains in Motion is an in-depth course for movement and bodywork professionals who love integral anatomy and body-minded exercise applications that relate to real-life in all of its dimensions. This resource-oriented education focusses on the qualities of Thomas W. Myers’ Anatomy Trains concept that enhance everyday functionality and vitality as well as somatic resourcefulness; therefore self-healing.

To benefit your understanding of the Anatomy Trains concept and body map, get familiar with nineteen foundation exercises and fifty variations we love. We hope you will enjoy them as much as we do.

Please note that the Academy course is equivalent to the face-to-face Anatomy Trains in Motion course. It is not a substitute for Slings Essentials, Slings in Motion I, II or III.
