New video: Slings in Motion - Hip Release: Elasticity, rhythm and stepping stones

Hip Release is a buoyant exercise with a specific breathing pattern and movement rhythm. It focusses on a balanced interplay of muscles and fascia as well as fascial elasticity and ease in the feet, ankles, knees and inner thighs.
