It’s important to teach Slings Myofascial Training from a sound knowledge base. The online assessment is a milestone in your Slings education pathway and a prerequisite for your "Certificate of Completion: Slings Myofascial Training Foundation Level", as well as part of the Slings Diploma.

The diverse exercises focus is on two highly influential myofascial meridians of the Anatomy Trains body map; namely the Superficial Back Line and the Superficial Front Line.
Advanced Level

The Slings BodyReading & Movement Strategy Foundations course has a well-contained structure, empowering participants to develop necessary skills with confidence. The step-by-step approach makes the complexity of postural patterns tangible and clearly explains the value of coherent exercise solutions.
Slings in Motion 2 is an uplifting and energizing repertoire course that is filled with spirals and arcs, rhythm changes and intensity variations.
The days are filled with a broad spectrum of multidimensional exercises and functional movement sequences that focus on the Lateral Line and Spiral Line.
Slings in Motion 3 is the movement gem that rounds off the triad of Slings repertoire courses.
The broad spectrum of multidimensional motions and seamlessly layered functional exercise sequences focus on the Deep Front Line (the bodywide myofascial core) and the Arm Lines.
Slings Teaching is a rich course that ties together and complements the modules of the Slings diploma education. Focusing on acquiring a greater understanding of the "how-to" of functional choreography through the Slings repertoire, you will deepen your existing knowledge of the Slings concept. This course also includes both learning and practically implementing the lesson planning principles.
The Slings Diploma course is an assessment of your skills and knowledge as well as an opportunity to refine them, clarify questions and consolidate your understanding. The course day is a dynamic mix of teaching, moving and quizzing, reflections and knowledge refinement through short lectures.
