| Slings Online Theory Assessment | Can be completed any time before the Slings Diploma. We recommend completion after Slings Essentials and Anatomy Trains in Motion. |
| Slings in Motion I or Slings in Motion Blend | 3rd module To achieve the Slings Diploma, you will need Slings in Motion I 21 hours |
Certificate
After you successfully completed the first three modules and the Slings Online Theory Assessment you are entitled to the following qualification:

Get your certificate of completion: Send your certificates of participation of all mandatory foundation level modules (see list above) to welcome@art-of-motion.com.
Integrate Slings Myofascial Training
Once you have completed Slings Myofascial Training Foundation Level, you can start to integrate Slings in Motion I or Slings in Motion Blend repertoire into your teaching. You are entitled to use the terms Slings in Motion, Slings Myofascial Training in combination with your movement or manual discipline; for example:
- Pilates & Slings in Motion
- Yoga & Slings Myofascial Training
- Fitness & Slings
- Movement Therapy & Slings

Advanced Level
| Slings BodyReading & Movement Strategies | 4th module Can be completed any time after Slings in Motion Blend or Slings in Motion I 21 hours |
| Slings in Motion II | 5th module 21 hours |
| Slings in Motion III | 6th module 28 hours |
| Slings Teaching | 7th module 21 hours |
| Slings Diploma | Assessment 2 - 7 hours (depending on format) |
Certificate
If you attend all listed modules, as well as successfully complete the Slings Diploma assessment, you will receive your diploma:

Schedule Slings Myofascial Training classes
