A glimpse into the life of...

Christina has definitely inherited cosmopolitanism and the Pilates gene. She grew up in the United States, Hong Kong, The Caribbean and in Switzerland where her mother opened the first Pilates Studio in Bern. As a movement freak with a penchant for science, Christina splits her time between theory and practice and passes her knowledge on as an art of motion® lecturer.
